9/19/24 Ex-Giants player arrested after allegedly assaulting 82-year-old man. Three-time Super Bowl-winning fullback Patrick Pass was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly shoved an 82-year-old man at the gym, according to reports, including NBC 10 News/WJAR in Providence, Rhode Island. NBC 10 News/WJAR reported, via police, that Pass shoved the 82-year-old victim, identified as Juan Muriel, to the floor after the two got into a verbal confrontation about exercise equipment. According to court documents reviewed by the station and The New York Post, Pass faces charges of assaulting a man over 60 years of age causing bodily injury, which is a felony, and disorderly conduct, which is a misdemeanor.

9/18/24 Three-Time Patriots Super Bowl Champ Arrested In Rhode Island. Former New England Patriots fullback Patrick Pass recently was arrested for an alleged assault of an elderly man at a Providence, R.I., Planet Fitness, according to ABC6 Providence. Police said the 46-year-old Pass got into a dispute with an 82-year-old man over a piece of exercise equipment and Pass allegedly pushed the man to ground, causing injuries to his back. ABC6 Providence reported Pass was charged with assaulting a man over the age of 60 and causing bodily injury. Pass was selected by the Patriots just one round after legendary quarterback Tom Brady in the 2000 NFL Draft.
