Toronto has been fine enough offensively but has struggled to keep runs off the board: their 31 runs allowed this season is second worst in the American League. Kansas City has had the opposite problem, with solid pitching but an offense that is second worst in the American League with just 13 runs scored. Kris Bubic will make his season debut tonight.

7/30/22 Aaron Judge pushes ahead of Yankees legends with torrid home run pace heading into August. He was the first MLB player to 40 home runs in 2022, and he has been going deep nonstop this weekend with four home runs in three games against the Royals. He's showing no signs of slowing down from his ridiculous first half, and it feels as if he might do something special every time he's at the plate.
