Brieske, who spent the last week visiting with several specialists, was diagnosed with right ulnar nerve entrapment, which can cause numbness and tingling in the forearm and fingers. In fact, the Tigers reported Tuesday in their twice-weekly injury report that Brieske can resume throwing this week.
