Urena, the former Tigers pitcher now with the Texas Rangers, was placed on the 15-day injured list this week with shoulder fatigue. The timing of the move makes it that Urena won't be eligible to return until the final day of the regular season, meaning his season is likely over. The 33-year-old Urena went from signing a minor league deal with the Rangers this offseason to posting a career-best posting a career-best 3.8 earned run average in 33 games this season, with nine starts, while throwing the most innings in a season since 2018.
