9/16/24 2025 White Sox could be worst team in MLB history after offseason plan revealed. The Chicago White Sox currently own the worst winning percentage in the modern era of Major League Baseball and there's a chance they could do even worse next season. Chicago opened this season with a bad roster that has only gotten worse after it dealt Michael Kopech, Eloy Jimenez, Tommy Pham, Paul DeJong, and Erick Fedde at the MLB Trade Deadline.

9/03/24 Who Is Dodgers Prospect Edgardo Henriquez & Could He Debut In 2024?. Having one of the older reliever groups around the league, the Dodgers shuffling arms to sustain success isn't uncommon for this organization. At the trade deadline, they acquired Michael Kopech from the Chicago White Sox, who has shown his immense potential during his short time with the club. Aside from a few arms still working their way back from injury, a wild card name is Edgardo Henriquez, a 22-year-old flamethrower currently in Triple-A. Starting the year in Low-A Rancho Cucamonga, he's since risen through four levels in the Dodgers' farm system. Through 49 innings (38 games) between each Minor League level, Henriquez owns a 2.57 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and 83 strikeouts.

9/01/24 Brady's Take: Chicago White Sox Trade Story From MLB Insider is Absolutely Absurd. Chicago White Sox fans should be hurt, embarrassed, and angry at ownership and the front office. The team is going to set the record for most losses in a season, eclipsing the 1962 Mets in futility. While the Los Angeles Dodgers are ecstatic they stole reliever Michael Kopech from the Chicago White Sox in their deal for utilityman Tommy Edman, the Kansas City Royals quietly are seething.

8/26/24 Michael Kopech felt a return to form before joining Dodgers. It did not take long for Michel Kopech to realize he had a chance to become immaculate. What the Dodgers' new late-inning, high-leverage reliever did not realize, in the moment, was that he was about to become resurgent. For starters, Kopech's team at the time, the downtrodden Chicago White Sox, were about to win a game. The White Sox already have lost 100 games this season, all before Labor Day, so it was a rare opportunity indeed.

8/19/24 Michael Kopech getting days off due to fatigue. Michael Kopech has been arguably the best reliever in MLB since joining the Los Angeles Dodgers, and they have relied on him as such. First joining the team as a setup man and picking up four holds, Kopech has now essentially become the Dodgers closer, and he's recorded two saves in his last two outings. Kopech still managed to pitch a perfect inning and record the save during Sunday's series finale against the St. Louis Cardinals, but he only averaged 96.7 mph on his fastball.
