Otto Lopez homered for Miami, which has dropped four of five. DJ Herz won back-to-back starts for the first time in his career, allowing a run on four hits while striking out five. Washington is 7-4 against Atlanta and is guaranteed to win a season series against the Braves for the first time since 2017.
